At Vlisco, we take pride in the heritage and quality of our wax prints and luxury fabrics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original, uncut condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your Vlisco account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and seals are intact and that the fabric has not been cut or altered in any way.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the fabric, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
